Customer Support, Help and Advice
Allyn Supplies has a philosophy of customer service with an experienced sales team who understand their customers' needs and
are efficient in a friendly manner.
We have showrooms at both our Conwy HQ and our Altrincham depot (open Monday - Firday, 9am - 5pm) where you will find an
extensive display of products and helpful staff dedicated to fulfilling your catering and industrial supply needs as well as
helping to solve those difficult problems. Trade counters are available at both showrooms to enable customers to make
immediate purchases or to order items for later delivery.
Our knowledge and experience are brought directly to the customer in the form of our Sales Representatives. These members of
staff work within a specific geographical area to build a relationship with our customers and to gain an understanding of
each indviduals needs and requirements aided by their extensive knowledge of our product base.
Customers are offered a range of easy methods to communicate their orders to our sales team. Orders can be received via:
